The municipality of Calafell (Segur de Calafell, the Beach of Calafell
and Calafell Town) has a privileged geographical situation at 60
km (40 minutes) from Barcelona and at 31 km (20 minutes) from Tarragona.
You can drive taking the C-32 highway, which goes from Barcelona
to El Vendrell by the coast; the AP-7 highway, which you can take
in El Vendrell; the TV-2126 road from Calafell to Bellvei, where you
can connect with N-340; or the C-31 (before C-246) road, which goes
from Barcelona to Valls, by the Garraf Coasts.
You can also take a train to Barcelona or Tarragona , with short
waiting times. In the municipal zone, there are two RENFE stations:
in Segur de Calafell and in the Beach of Calafell.
The International Airport of Barcelona-El Prat is at 50 Km
from Calafell and the Airport of Reus at 35 km.
